MICHAEL TUMBLESON
Head Coach
Tumbleson brings an impressive football resume to the Bonecrushers. As a player, Tumbleson enjoyed career highlights such as playing Outside Linebacker for Illinois State University and Defensive End for the Gainesville Thunder minor league football team. Tumbleson also played briefly in the Canadian Football League as an Outside Linebacker and was selected to the semi-professional Team USA as a Center.
Tumbleson has also found success as a coach. In 2005, Tumbleson was the head coach of the Minor League National Championship-winning Mid-State Steel from Peoria, Ill. Tumbleson was also named Minor League National Coach of the Year in 2005.
From 2004 to 2006, Tumbleson was a member of the Casino Bowl coaching staff, Minor League Football’s all-star game.
In 2006, Tumbleson served as an assistant coach for Arena Football League 2’s Quad City Steamrollers.

JORDAN KOPAC
General Manager/LB Coach
Coach Jordan Kopac will enter his first season with the Wolfpack. Coach Kopac served as the Racine Raiders head coach during their National Championship season in 2001, and later returned to the helm for the 2005 - 2007 seasons. During his time served as head coach, the Racine Raiders won 49 games while only losing 16, good for a .754 winning percentage. Some of Coach Kopac's recent accomplishments include:

He currently is the owner and president of International Production Specialist, Inc.

Coach Dustin Reynolds takes control of the offense for the Wolfpack in 2008. As a record setting quarterback at Franklin High School, Reynolds was a 1st Team CNI Suburban Quarterback during the 1999 season, while throwing for 2,390 yards and 27 touchdowns on 140 of 294 passing. After graduation, Dustin moved on to Wisconsin Lutheran College, a new up-start football program at the time. After splitting time as the teams #1 quarterback in his first season, Dustin transferred to local powerhouse UW-Whitewater. After playing quarterback for one season, Dustin made the switch to linebacker and started several games there during his senior year. After graduating from UW-Whitewater, Reynolds moved back to the Milwaukee area. After playing the 2005 season with the Muskego Hitmen, Reynolds decided to start his own team. As a minor league player, Dustin earned 1st-Team All-IFL Honors as a linebacker during the 2006 and 2007 season.
The end of Reynolds’ playing days also marks the beginning of his coaching career. In his professional career, Reynolds is Route Manager at Waste Management, in the Franklin branch. Reynolds has a three year old son, Mason.
JEREMY KUPPER

Coach Kupper enters his first season with the Wolfpack organization as the team’s running backs coach. Coach Kupper has been a member of the Racine Raiders organization since the 1989 season and was a member of four national championship teams. From 2001 through 2007, Coach Kupper had served as the team’s offensive coordinator. In 2003, Coach Kupper’s offense led the NAFL in scoring.
Coach Kupper’s experience also carries him into the high school ranks as a member of the Racine Case Eagles coaching staff. Coach Kupper is a physical education teacher at Racine Case High School. He is also the head wrestling coach at Racine Horlick High School. Heading into the 2008 season, Coach Kupper will work directly with Coach Mogensen in developing the Wolfpack running game.

Coach Dave Mogensen enters his first year with the Wisconsin Wolfpack football program and is currently the offensive coordinator for the Milwaukee Hamilton Wildcats varsity program. Prior to that, Mogensen served as both assistant head coach and offensive coordinator at East Troy High School.
A native of Chicago, Mogensen was a three-year letter winner at Elkhorn High School (1996-99), starting at quarterback and linebacker for both his junior and senior year. During those final two years, Mogensen’s teams were 20-3 earning two conference championships. In 1999 Mogensen was voted team MVP and earned All Southern Lakes Conference 1st Team recognition at quarterback. Following high school, Mogensen attended Wisconsin Lutheran College where he was recruited as a quarterback in 2000. Mogensen then transitioned to linebacker where he started as a true freshman. Currently Mogensen is finishing his degree in education at UW-Waukesha.

Coach Kishline enters his second year of coaching at the minor league level. Coach Kishline has coached at his Alma Mata, Arrowhead High School, since 2004. This past season, Arrowhead High School defeated Homestead High School in the WIAA Division I State Championship game. Coach Kishline also won a state championship at Arrowhead while playing for coach Tom Taraska in 1996. During his collegiate playing days, Coach Kishline won 3 letters playing defensive line at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. During the 2007 season, Coach Kishline served as the defensive coordinator for the Franklin Outlaws. Coach Kishline watches over 2,000 hours of film annually and attends more than 40 clinics per year.
THOMAS KARTHAUSSER
Defensive Backs Coach
Coach Thomas Karthausser enters his 3rd season as head coach at the minor league level with an overall record of 17-4 (.810 winning percentage). During Karthausser’s two years as head coach in the Ironman Football League, he took his team to the AFC Championship in 2006 and to the Ironbowl in 2007, which they won by way of a 20-17 victory over the Muskego Hitmen. Overall this will be Karthausser’s 7th season on a coaching staff since his graduation from UW-Whitewater. While at UW-Whitewater, Karthausser won four varsity letters playing defensive backs from 2000 - 03. During Karthausser’s senior season, he was voted as the defensive captain by his teammates. Karthausser attended Franklin High School, where he was an all-conference defensive back and team captain for the Franklin Sabers in the 1999 season.
Karthausser will serve as the Wolfpack’s defensive back coach and special teams coordinator. In his professional career, Karthausser is an actuary at Mercer in downtown Milwaukee.
WENDY LEE
Dance Team Coordinator (The Crush)
Lee will direct the Milwaukee Bonecrushers dance team, The Crush. As team coordinator, Lee will be responsible for organizing Crush promotions, choreography and overall management of the team. Lee has an extensive background in competitive gymnastics, cheerleading and dance and has also found success as a model. Lee’s modeling highlights including modeling stints for Miss Hawaiian Tropic, Miss Venus model and various swimsuit calendars.
