Can someone shed some light on the situation with the current team? I'm tired of seeing posts in codespeak and girl thingyfooting. What happened to the d**n team? No agenda - come clean. Thanks!

born2bone...
what exact questions do you have? So far right now we are preparing for our first win which will hopefully come this sunday. Alot of the origional Bonecrushers came back and were at practice last night. Mixing in some of the origional players with the guys we have here now has the ingredients to put a well talented team on the field.
I'm looking forward to sunday

Don't get me wrong...I'm looking forward to Sunday too. I think it's great that some of the guys are coming back. It's just that nobody has come out and said "exactly" what went wrong when the team imploded. As a very emotionally invested fan - that kinda sucks. Believe me, I'm not the only fan out there who feels this way.

Basically what happened was what was in all the papers and on the news. The coaches/GM and the owners were never on the same page for whatever reason. Being that the owners are the owners of the team, they decided to end the drama and move in a different direction. I'm not 100% sure why the players left, though. I've heard some felt lied to and I've heard some felt like they were going to be replaced. For any reason they decided to pack it in. Being that we still have a franchise and games to play we brought in some new guys to fill the void left by the original guys. The current head coach, Mike Tumbleson, was originally supposed to be the head coach before Mr. Brown was signed for the job. Actually coach Tumbleson was brought in as a consultant the week before everyone jumped ship. Once everyone left it just made sense to make him the Head. That's about it in a nutshell. Yeah, it's the abridged version of what went down, but this really isn't a place to air dirty laundry. Besides some things just don't need to be said/discussed. It is what it is and now it's time to support the guys that are on the field this weekend. I'm sorry to say that I am no longer playing, but I am with the team in spirit. I know that they will get their 1st win this weekend. Take Care and Go Bonecrushers!

What’s happening to the team is that this is going to be the first and LAST season of the BC. Poor management, poor ownership, poor attitude. Owner/Player is a very BAD thing to be. Esp. when you’re a substandard player. Being a owner does not make you a starter much less a position holder over better players. And if the ownership canned the Front office and coaches then why did the announcer and the trainers walk? Did they tell them to go to? I think not. WAY more happened then they want you to see. Yes it looks like a bed of roses but there are no peddles.

Being an owner makes you whatever you want to be when you are paying the bills. If the guy wanted to the starting QB there's nothing stopping him. A lot of people left for a lot of different reasons. People are still coming and going. THAT'S INDOOR FOOTBALL. I'm not going to sit here and say everything the owners did was right, but hey...when you are playing the bills you can do whatever you want. If you have your life saving on the line and you don't agree with or like how things are being handled it's your right to pull the plug. Why are there so many people that feel like they are owed something by the owners? I really don't get it. They put their money together to put a new/different kind of entertainment in Milwaukee and all they are doing is catching sh@t. Be happy the team is even here. If they are back next season...AWESOME! If they aren't...I guess all the neigh sayers get their wish. What a joke that has all been!

The statement on paying the bills is to funny. Most if not all players have not been paid since week 3. Just ask one of the players what the travel and accomadations for the New Jersey game were like. The players even had to pay for thier own meals. These owners are just playing out to prevent the $$$$$$$$$ fine if they don't finish the season.

Ha... now what is right. They win a game, most of them probably went out drinkin' to celebrate & made out with some cheerleaders (I've seen pictures and heard stories from former players), then almost layed an goose egg the following week.
